It is an early dive into the Jobs-to-be-Done product management theory. Highly recommended for anyone struggling to understand why customers buy one product over another and how you can leverage your product past competitors.

I use this book with many teams I have coached over the years. It is a great introduction to Agile methodologies full with examples and real world applications. Jeff Sutherland is, after all, credited with the creation of the Scrum framework.

Deep Work
Cal Newport
Deep Work continues to be a source of inspiration on time management. Being intentional about how you organize your work and the way you manage distractions makes a big difference. One of my favorite strategies is what Newport calls the “Grand Gesture”: make a big change to your normal environment temporarily until you accomplish a project.
